Things have been pretty crazy around here lately! Emma has been sick with a stomach bug AGAIN! It seems she gets it every 3 months which really bothers me, but her doctors are insistent that its normal. I dont see how it could be normal when there is a pattern, she doesnt go to daycare and we never get sick with her.

Joel just found out he is getting let go at the end of January:( Since Boise is shutting down their pulp machines there will be no work for him at that mill and its just not possible for him to work at a different mill in Oregon when he would have to drive farther than the 45 minutes he drives to work now. Plus he has to be at school at 11am every morning. He will be done with school in June. It just came at a very bad time since he will be out of a job at the end of January and I have the baby the beginning of February. We will just have to pray everything will work out!

Yesterday was my last day watching Jaron! Now I will have some time to relax and get the house ready for baby. Its hard to believe I only have 8 short weeks until this little boy will be here!

We got to spend some time with Joels sister and family while they were in town for Thanksgiving. We had some really cute pictures taken at sears of all the cousins. Well, thats all for now!

Playing at Grandma and Grandpa Langdons. Emma was sooo worn out when we left(if you couldent tell by her red cheeks)!

Sharing the basket with Katia.

We got our tree without much help from Emma. She thought it was more fun to run away from us in all the trees. She thought she needed to bring home every stick and rock in the place!

The petting barn was more her speed. Once she got in there with the goats she dident want to leave.

Dad's big helper!

I just had to add this picture! Pretty George! Poor cat and he just lets Emma do it.

Almost 32 weeks. I cant wait for my face to be back to its normal size and shape!!

Halloween at the zoo

We took Emma to the zoo for a Halloween day. She dressed as a giraffe and had tons of fun running around like a maniac!

Pumpkin patch

Picking out her pumpkin.

The little baby piglets loved Emma and kept following her. They were afriad of everyone but her. She actually got to pet them when they came up to her.

The "scary" turkey that made funny noises.

Emma waiting for dad to get home from work.

My big helper making muffins.

Well, I thought a blog would be a good way for family and friends to keep updated on my pregnancy and see recent pictures of Emma. Im now 25 weeks along and we found out we are having a baby boy this time! My due date is February 12th and at my ultra sound he was looking perfect and was right on with my due date..... who would have thought I could actually do something perfect :) We are getting really excited for his arrival!
Joel is still in school until June when he will be done. He is still working for Buckman part time and is enjoying it. He has been driving up to Aberdeen a couple days these past few weeks, to Gray's Harbor Paper.
Emma is full of energy and she keeps me hopping! We went to the pumpkin patch/petting zoo and the Portland zoo this month. She had a blast and definately took up her mom's love for animals! I think she is going to do terrific with a baby brother. She loves babies! I have been watching 2 baby boys so there is almost always a baby around here and she wants to help with everything! Babysitting is what I have been up to. I have been watching Tara's baby, Jaron, about 5 days a week and my cousin Jessica's baby, Gavin, a few days a week.
I hope everyone is doing well, take care!
