Halloween and the pumpkin patch

We went to the pumpkin patch out at willow grove and had a blast! Emma was so excited the whole time and had a hard time picking "the right" pumpkin. Everett was very content to sit in his sling and dident make a sound the entire time just taking in the whole thing. Of course Emma loved the animals at the farm! I took waaaay too many pictures (whats new) but on Halloween my camera ran out of batteries only 2 houses into trick or treating so I only got about 10 pictures. The whole night was a wreck but we still had fun. Emma was goldielocks and Everett was baby bear. Joel and I were going to dress up as momma and pappa bear, but we ran out of time. I made Emma's dress this year and I dont think I have ever seen so much tulle! She was super happy with it when it was done. Anyway I dont have much time right now so on with the pictures :)

Welcome fall!!

Iv really been slacking on keeping this updated! Mom got me hooked on Facebook and it has been stealing all my spare time. Plus Im starting up a new store and Iv been trying to get my inventory up. Im making hair bows, clips, tutus, princess wands and aprons for little girls. And Im sure I will come up with other pretties to make :)

The kiddos are doing great! Everett is still growing like crazy. Hes around 22 pounds now and outgrew his infant carseat! He still refuses to be on his belly and crawl so he scoots around on his butt wherever he wants to go and hes getting fast!

Emma is still Emma :) Shes my little spitfire for sure! The attitude is in full swing and I have to say Im not enjoying it so much. She is quite a little helper though and goes from being all attitude to a little sweetheart in an instant. She still loves her little brother and it makes me so happy to see them together! Just today Emma went to the store with Joel and she wanted to pick out a toy for Everett. Joel told her he dident need one and she told him "but dad it will make him so happy!" So Everett got a stuffed cow :)

Another trip to the Zoo

Everett had his first trip to the Zoo on Monday. I think he enjoyed it. Of course Emma enjoyed it! I swear its her favorite place in the world!! All of the animals were out because it was such a beautiful 80 degree day.
Emma has been skipping her naps for a week now. She NEEDS naps, but has been keeping herself awake until she passes out in random places at about 8 at night. She fell asleep at the table last night and the living room floor tonight at 6. She is SOOOO FULL of energy latly that I have been taking her to the park or for a walk almost everyday to wear her out. I have been on the search for a preschool all month and I still dont know where she is going. Im really sad that she is big enough to be in school :( She is still supposed to be my baby! Sigh, the kiddos are getting big too fast!

At the Zoo!

This is a horrible picture, but there was a bear that kept coming up to Emma and she thought it was great. I think he wanted to eat her lol!

Emma got an Otter at the build-a-bear shop at the zoo.

6 month appt.

So Everett had his 6 month appointment on Monday. He weighs 20lbs 4oz!! Nothing like Emma thats for sure! That puts him in the 90% and he is in the 50% for weight and 90% for his head. So hes a big boy with a big head and average height lol! He had to get shots and he was MAD but then stopped crying as soon as I picked him up. What a trooper! He still sleeps through the night like an angel and is still just a happy little guy. I <3 him!!

6 months

My baby is growing up too fast! He's 6 months old already! He's sitting up like a pro and still loving his solid foods. He still refuses to roll over! He just skipped rolling and went to sitting. He is still wonderful as ever, such a good boy. He has a doctors appt. on Monday so we will see how much my chub chubs weighs then!

Hot weather

The weather was crazy hot around here the last couple weeks. Thankfully we have a little air conditioner, but it was not able to keep up very well. We went to the river with my mom one of the days to try and cool off, but it ended up making it worse. Everett was WAY too hot even under the umbrella and he thought the water was too cold so he cried the whole time. Then Emma cried because she dident want to leave..... what a mess! We also went to lake mayfield on another hot day and it went much better, but I got stung by a bee and had a puffy ankle!

My dad's blueberry bushes were overflowing this year so we went down there and picked enough for the rest of our lives! I dont know if many of Emma's made it into the bucket since she was shoving them in her mouth so fast!

Iv been making lots of baby food from the garden. Iv made squash, peas and beans so far. My garden is growing like crazy, but last week someone left a hose on and completly flooded my garden and 2 others with about 6 inches of water. It knocked down all my pea and bean poles which knocked down the rows. I was pretty upset after all my hard work. We have to keep our eyes open for people vandalizing things now. There is always someone to ruin a good thing I guess.

We went to Kristens wedding on Saturday and it was very Beautiful. The kids were great through the service which shocked me lol! It was outside at camp wilkerson in the Rainer area. They camped with friends and family the week before the wedding and I wish we were able to join them but it was more than I was able to take on with my little ones alone! Im so very happy for her and Brandon!

Joel is still at Walgreens for the time and has not heard anything back from Fibre yet. At least he has been getting alot more hours then he thought! Well, thats all I have for now!
